Carpet usa takes care of the local handling and export taxes.
We are not responsible for buyers’ import and other taxes. You are responsible for paying your country’s taxes.

Tracking number

Confirmed orders will be normally shipped within 2 days except for local official holidays.
Expected delivery is between 5 and 15 biz-days to European countries and 7-20 biz-days to North America, Australia and Japan
After shipments, you will receive a tracking number to follow up your delivery.

Delivery Terms

All Deliveries within USA is FREE, you can see details in product specification. If an order consists of more than one product and they come from different depots they may arrive in separate deliveries. Please keep in mind that if the transportation company charges us even more for an area they consider to be directed, or for extra large rugs, we reserve the right to request the additional fee from our customer.

International Delivery

This is very rare but if it happens we will certainly contact our customer and give the option of paying the extra charge or receiving a full refund.

All customers receive an e-mail with a consignment number when their product is dispatched. So you will be able to track online.
